The Food Creatives Club returns to Milan with Volume V, this time in an exclusive private apartment hosted by photographer Nicolo Parsienziani. For this edition, we explore the theme of light—in food, photography, and beyond. With a bespoke tasting menu by Lucia Gaspari of Luce Project, light takes center stage: from the glow of the carefully curated interiors to the colors and textures of each dish, and how photography, much like cuisine, serves as a medium for capturing and expressing it. A fusion of talents, a gathering of creatives, a celebration of community. Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience where food, design, and photography illuminate the night.
Lucia Gaspari is a Verona-born chef who defines herself as an active observer of nature and an artisan cook. She works with the purpose of celebrating and enhancing local ingredients, small producers, nature in all her seasons and features, wild foraging, and ancestral cooking techniques. In 2019, she launched the LUCE Project, a multidisciplinary initiative blending food, nature, arts, and crafts. Soon, she will open Spazio LUCE in the Lessinia Prealps mountains, a seasonal taverna and creative culinary space. Lucia started her career as a designer but soon shifted her focus to cooking. She studied Italian cuisine at the renowned International School of Cooking ALMA in Parma, Italy. Recently, she has gained experience in various kitchens, including Alajmo and Tokuyoshi in Italy, Relæ in Denmark, and Silo in England. From 2019 to summer 2021, she was the chef at Røst, now one of Milan’s must-visit restaurants, where she focused on vegetables and offals with a zero-waste and sustainable approach.
For the first time, Nicolò Parsenziani opens his home to host an intimate private dinner. His Milan apartment, located in a historic building on one of the city’s most beautiful streets, is a curated mix of iconic design pieces, antique treasures, and carefully selected finds. Renovated with an independent architecture studio, the space maintains its original charm while incorporating contemporary design. Nicolò, a Milan-based fashion photographer and founder of LOVE STUDIO, originally studied architecture at Politecnico di Milano before pursuing photography. Today, he is one of Italy’s leading fashion photographers, collaborating with top global brands. His home reflects his unique taste, where design, architecture, and natural light seamlessly inspire creativity and conversation.
