The participants will immerse themselves in the world of ceramics while exploring the symbolism and archetypes of the Major Arcana. The programme:
After the course your object will be put in the oven and will be ready to be collected in the next few weeks.
Ilaria Bianchi is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Milan. Ilaria works for galleries, companies, national and international institutions, private clients and universities. After graduating in Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Turin and an MA in ceramic, furniture and jewelery design at Central Saint Martins in London, she founded her own studio (2015). Her works are exhibited in galleries, cultural centers and museums such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, Triennale di Milano, Dimore Gallery (Dimore Studio), Chamber NYC, MiArt, London Design Fair, Salone del Mobile and many others. Ilaria also collaborated with design and fashion companies such as Ikea, Max-Mara, Galerie la fayette and many others.
She began reading tarots at 13 years old and continued to study and experiment the world of tarots through lectures. It’s her way to expand her inner universe, as she sees tarots as psychological sessions to create some order in the chaos of life.
To Ilaria, Tarot reading is a methodology and creative approach that is the basis of her Temperanza project and which she will teach during this course.
