This is the third episode of the Food Creatives Club, a series of events designed to share the passion of conviviality at the table and exploring the creative world of food with chefs from different backgrounds who will reinvent Italian cuisine. During this event, you will have the chance to taste a menu* curated by Federica Simoni, a fashion photographer and self taught cook. Living between Paris and Milan, Federica combines her passion for photography, food and travel in the kitchen. Her dishes are a mix of hearty, traditional foods; from French pastries to Italian classics, from Asian cooking techniques to Mexican flavorful preparations, she loves to bring to the table a meal that follows the old fashion aesthetics yet modern in taste and curiously unusual.
