The Plan
A Venetian chef will give you an insider's introduction to Italian cooking and guide you along the preparation of an exquisite three-course lunch or dinner using local seasonal ingredients which are an essential part of Venetian Cuisine. The 3-hour cooking class will end with a delicious venetian lunch in a cozy atmosphere. A reservation is required 72 hours in advance.
For those who like, there’s a possibility to add a tour of the Rialto market to choose the local products and a typical Venetian aperitivo with cicchetti at a traditional Bacaro, at a higher price.

Opened in 1975, this culinary school in the heart of Venice features a warm, country-style kitchen where guests may immerse themselves in Venetian culinary traditions and learn the secrets to preparing perfect risottos, pasta dishes and incredible desserts.
