Mandali

Only an hour's drive from Milan, Mandali is a spiritual retreat center built on a hilltop, overlooking lake Orta. It’s a place designed to rediscover the essential qualities we all carry within us and to reconnect with yourself and others. Mandali's  truly idyllic setting makes it easier to find calm and clarity in the mind and body. 

Everyday the local chef prepares a fresh and delicious vegetarian menu, mixing traditional Italian cuisine with modern flavours. The colorful, delicious and locally sourced food is carefully prepared daily focusing on a balanced nourishment.

During the retreat  guests will be offered guided  meditation, yoga classes and individual sessions throughout the entire day. At Mandali one can also enjoy the Body Care Center facilities and have a lovely stroll with  mountain views.
