Located on Mount Etna, Casa Lawa is a magical place where old Sicilian style meets modern design at the doorstep of the volcano. Built in 1812 from lava stone taken from the local area, the house is located only 25 minutes away from the seaside and set in nature, surrounded by four hectares of fruit trees - perfect for both sea lovers and hikers.
Here you’ll wake up to birds chirping in the morning and stunning mountain views, along with sea views, for a unique experience. You’ll have half the house to yourself, including a bedroom, private bathroom and private living area while breakfast will be served daily in the shared dining room.
This tranquil house will allow you to disconnect and recharge, reading a book in the garden or joining the owner Lukas on a trip to the local food market. At Casa Lawa artists and guests come together, baking, painting and trying fermentation techniques.
