Inside the estate, the wine and balsamic relais Roncolo 1888 is a boutique hotel with 12 rooms and suites immersed in lush nature. It’s the perfect place to switch off and recharge in nature, while tasting local excellences and the estate’s own organic wine and balsamic vinegar.

Located around the Villa Manodori and its garden, the Relais was once residence of the Counts of Ancini and the Marchese Manodori and dates back to the early 17th century. The villa was recently renovated and brought back to its past splendor, with six stunning rooms and suites available to book.

Surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Terre di Canossa, Roncolo 1888 also offers a gourmet restaurant in La Limonaia as well as a swimming pool and gym. Plan for a special candle-lit dinner in this magical atmosphere: the restaurant is set in a glass greenhouse, allowing guests to admire the stunning landscapes while enjoying local delicacies prepared with high-quality ingredients.
